How usage is counted
Your historical documents are retained
Capacity limits new records; it does not delete movements, orders, receipts or balances already recorded.
Total capacity
Products, suppliers and warehouses are compared with the active total in the instance.
Monthly activity
Movements and orders are counted by date within the instance month and time zone.
Stable history
Earlier orders and movements retain currency, costs, taxes and references.
New records blocked
When an allowance is exhausted, new records of that type cannot be created until capacity returns.
Owner included
The owner account keeps access and does not count as an additional user.
Tax calculated separately
Subscription tax depends on billing details.

Limits and capacity changes
Does the Free plan expire?
No. You can keep it while its limits cover your inventory and activity.
Which limits reset monthly?
Movements and purchase orders. Products, suppliers and warehouses are total capacities.
Is information deleted when I reach a limit?
No. New records of the exhausted type are blocked, but history and balances remain.
Does a receipt count as an order?
It does not create another order. A receipt creates its document and corresponding stock movement.
Can I add users on Basic or Plus?
Not as additional users. Pro allows five; the owner is included in every plan.
Does the price include tax?
Displayed amounts are before tax. The total depends on location and tax details.
